Had a wonderful experience with GMG Stone, they were extremely professional, courteous and helpful at every interaction that I had with them. Any issues were dealt with promptly and I am extremely happy with the finished bench top. Would highly recommend to others.
GMG Stone were fantastic to deal with, they made every effort to get my bench top done quickly after issues with my kitchen installer. The man who measured was awesome and so helpful. The men who installed it were professional and friendly. Would certainly recommend them
GMG Stone have been great. I used their services to install a new kitchen bench top and the whole process, from start to finish was seamless. The communication was great, price very competitive, the installation was excellent and I couldn't be more happy with the finished product. I'll use GMG Stone for any future house reno or upgrade. Highly recommend.
Trevor and the team were fantastic. Excellent communication from everyone since first contact. I wasn't happy with this quality of the install and after a week, I decided to let them know I wasn't overly happy. Trevor put me at ease straight away and without hesitation, said he'd send out two technicians to look at the stone with me. I later realised Trevor is actually the GM but like all other staff, he gets involved at every level with the customers. The two techs came out, understood my concerns, Trevor followed up with us all whilst they were there, they removed the glue and re-glued with correct colour and cleaned and polished the stone and genuinely wanted to know that I was satisfied. The stone now looks like how I thought it should and I'm pleased I not only phoned with my concerns but that I also selected GMG stone as I couldn't fault the quality of service, product and follow up.
My experience with GMG Stone was very positive. Both the measurer and installers were on time, called beforehand and polite. The Installers has 3 flights of stair to navigate and there were no complaints. They took pride in getting the job just right and produced a fantastic outcome. I love the stone benchtops and mirror splashback - better than I imagined, thank you.
great service- was doing stone benchtops for my mother in law and she loves them! the joints are extremely clean and do not distract from the beautiful benchtops. the team help correct some slightly miss aligned cabinets rather than hold up the job. my mother in law was annoyed to have another company come through after having the demo, cabinets, plumber, electrican, flooring come through but said that the installers team were lovely and enjoyed having them in her home. we also noticed that the underside of the benchtops substrate was white looks great as mine in my own home is Raw MDF another fine touch. would definately reccomend them to anyone.
I think this is the stone bench top place Ikea uses. They are very reasonably priced and the quality of stone is just the same as all the other stonemasons. It took a little more than three weeks from check measure to get the bench top installed which is a little longer than they claimed but it didn't really bother me as the company that we are doing reno with is extremely slow so I wasn't in a rush to get this done. The end result is very good, kitchen and laundry both look amazing.
Happy with the beachtop we got, but installation team was terrible. My beachtop was chipped on the eadge when it was installed, they sent two boys i guess not even 20years old. And took me another two weeks to get fixed. At the beginning the installer was trying to fool me that the chipped part was normal, after i went back to freedom kitchen where i order the stone, they put the presure on installer, finally they came out fixed the chipped part. Will never trust this installation company any more, cause i asked for discount what they did, but always asked me to leave my details and i never had a phone call back. Such a discusting company won't reconmend to anyone.
We are at the end stages of renovating and chose gmg stone, as they said they were able and capable of installing it. They sent out a quote and we accepted. The guy came out to pick up the templates, but it went pear shaped from then on. Multiple, multiple phone calls and emails, with the never ending response “we will get back to you”. The guy we initially dealt with had left the Company, in a matter of days after I met with him. Luckily we never put down any money, they ended up calling us saying they could not fulfil our job, 2 weeks out from us moving in to our home and weeks before Xmas. Now we are scrambling to find a supplier who will actually be able to install at the worst time of the year. A lot of internal problems at gmg, money issues. I would never recommend or wish anyone to go through gmg and deal with what we have.
The output of the end product is beyond excellent, they really care about the result. They are excellent at being available and open to communication during all stages. Will not hesitate in using GMG Stone again.
