Harry and also Chris in sales were extremely helpful from the moment I made contact with them. The test drive and buying process was seamless and they were both lovely and agreeable to all my requests. All round great experience and a great demo car I drove home with. They even chased me up when I forgot to get my deposit refund. Honest, genuine and the cars are cool too.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at South Yarra Volkswagen. Harry took care of us through the whole experience with absolutely no dramas at all. And Joel was more than efficient taking care of our finances and ensuring we were happy with all the proceedings. Thank you guys for the great service, and of course a new car!! Woo!

I’ve been a customer here for three years. In the past their service dept has been pretty average to be frank. However, my last service was a radical improvement thanks to the fantastic Harley. Great guy and very efficient. As a result I thought I’d give the dealership one last go and explored replacing my car. I dealt with Reza in sales. Again a great experience. Took care of my needs, listened well and demonstrated genuine support and interest. He’s a very decent guy. It was the most easy and efficient new car transaction I’ve ever experienced. So huge thanks to both Harley and Reza (and a special mention the Joel). Smoothly done and a great car too by the way.

It was a very pleasant experience to buy my new car from Volkswagen South Yarra. Harry was pretty attentive and made things easy for me! I would recommend anyone to get a car from Volkswagen South Yarra and would also recommend asking for Harry when doing so
