Gym itself was great. However when I signed up I was told there was only a $99 exit fee. Today when I went to cancel my membership there were hidden extra costs. An extra $10 for every 2 weeks spent at the gym. I ended up paying $140. They said there was nothing they could do. Will never go here or recommend again.

Very disappointed in the change to the timetable where most evening classes now start before 6pm. Whoever thought this was a good idea is a fool - you only have to look at the popular times on google to see most people are at the gym between 7 and 9pm on weekdays. It's not a difficult concept to understand that the majority of people work 9-5pm and therefore cannot make it to a gym class that starts before 6pm. I know I am not the only one experiencing this problem - I have heard at least 15 other people complaining. Since the timetable has changed I have been unable to make it to my favourite class (boxing) once. Seriously considering ending my membership as I can spend less money at another gym and make it to more classes at reasonable times.

Great gym, nice atmosphere, plenty of equipments are available (machines, racks, outdoor training space). Friendly staff and it is very convenient as it is located within the shopping centre.

I wanted to sign up but when I went there, they were so.... PUSHEE! I gave them my number and they wouldn't stop calling me. The price is very extreme although to be fair, the facilities there are big. Would have considered joining if they hadn't been so forward about it. Eg. I said I would have to think about it, and they said 'what do you have to think about??'. Also, when I first went there to have a look, they made me wait around 30 minutes just for a 30 second view. How rude and disrespectful. Felt really uncomfortable to have someone trying to force my hand. Would recommend if you had no where else to go. Disclosure: this is just my opinion, hoping they will change in the future and then I might consider joining. But for now, I will remain gymless and homeless.

Horrible customer serivice the employees do not treat you with adequeate respect. One employee made me feel very uncomfortable. SAD. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my tour of the gym. RUDE!! I will not be returning and I urge all other customers to stay away from this place.
