Excellent trainers with an emphasis on proper technique and whole body movement. Excellent knowledge of anatomy and muscle physiology, which is rare in previous trainers I've used. Would highly recommend, especially for those interested in whole body health.

A great group of trainers who are flexible to any body type or stage of life. Myself and others who were afraid to come in because they thought they would be hindered by injury, age or disability have found success in fitness training and mindset because of the knowledge, understanding and skill that comes from years of experience in not only gym fitness but dealing with the complex anatomy of individuals.

Highly recommend! After years of going through the motions at the chain gyms these guys are a breath of fresh air! Friendly, professional, and really enjoyable to train with.
