Nothing but very positive experiences with the gym and staff. PT Matt has been sensational. He is very knowledgeable and has taught me a lot over the last 9 months, motivating my lazy ass and genuinely caring about my progress. While the gym itself is cosy in size, it has a great atmosphere, is very reasonably priced and the equipment/machines are usually always available.

Sorry changed this from 5-star to 1-star after some lady in her early 40's told me off to stop "dropping the weights" (google 'deadlifts'). Spoke to one of the PT and he said its fine and he'll speak to her (he hasn't spoken to her as far as while i was in the gym). Quite a disappointing experience - perhaps staff members should educate their clients a little bit more on resistance training.

skinny indian men told me to move aside and do something else?? I said go speak to the manager if your not happy w me and he was like WHAT FOR - i'm talking to you". Seriously get rid off those two they are going to cause trouble

A bit small as compared to other Plus gyms. Can make do with a variation of the exercise given the gym equipment here.

Unhelpful staff - horrible sneaky fees when trying to exit, both the staff and their payment supplier only care about your money and not the service they provide and impression they leave. Too crammed. Waste of money and time joining here. I am waiting for the day google allows minus star reviews so i can come back to this post and give it a minus rating.
