Do not waste your time or money! i wish i read the reviews before going.  This place is creepy!!  Dr thomas lee is rude. he repeats himself and doesn’t let you talk! He literally told me EVERYTHING about asthma that i already know. such a waste of money!  please go elsewhere

Unpleasant receptionist, no proper customer service at all. The Doctor arrived 20 minutes late for his first appointment. Then we were charged $490!! We’re definitely not coming back.

While I can only speak on the paediatric side of things I'd suggest somewhere else. Once you find the place in the derelict maze of an arcade you are "greeted" by the grumpy receptionist staff.  The consulting room looked like a dingy police interrogation room from the 70s - not welcoming at all for a kid who may be nervous about having to see a new doctor they are not familiar with. The doctor then seemed more concerned our kid wasn't opening up to them in this unwelcoming environment rather than our actual concern.  For the amount spent I'd expect better overall service.

Don’t waste your money!!!! $490 very traumatic experience. Reception staff very rude especially the red head. Covid hot spot person who did the allergy test didn’t wear gloves, dr was not wearing a mask and coughed into his hand. Will not be making the follow up appointment. Beware!!!!!

Great Paed who listened to all my concerns regarding my son’s allergies. Very experienced and I was happy with the management and plan moving forward. He was thorough with explaining everything and friendly to my baby and I.

I actually expected the worst from this place because of the bad reviews here and also because when I called the receptionist that I spoke to then was a bit rude on the phone but when I came in the receptionists at the clinic were friendly and the doctor explained everything and waited to see if I had any more questions it was great overall

I couldn’t believe I spent that amount of money to feel like I didn’t get the response I wanted about my child’s allergy. I felt like the doctor just wanted me out of there, felt like I asked so many questions and he just wanted to answer them quickly and gave no thoroughly information. For first timer felt very rushed and wasn’t even that friendly with kids. And should schedule time with clients more better doesn’t run on time even though you are in and out. Wouldn’t recommend.

PLEASE PLEASE don’t waste your time and money.    Trust me!!! Seriously!!! I should have read the reviews before I booked an appointment with Thomas Lee.

If you have a lot of money then this should be a place for you. Consultation fee for 340.00 AUD. Take note that the consultation happened for 15-20 minutes only. Shocking!!!!  Having a dental cleaning in a clinic inside the mall is a little bit cheaper and service take a little bit longer than their consultation.
