I have been going to this clinic for close to 6 years now. I am always shown the most professional, kind care. I may not always be able to see the same doctor, but that doesn't change the care I have received. The nurse is caring and very gentle with my monthly injections!
Dr. Rashmi Saluja is one of the best doctors I have come across in a long time. She is very informative, kind and compassionate. Always helps me when I am unwell or seeking more medical information for myself. The booking process on the app is also fantastic with this medical clinic. The staff at the reception as always kind and welcoming too. Since my first visit I have always recommended this clinic to my friends and family.
Dr Dilki is my doctor and my child's doctor and she has been amazing! Very reliable on time and knows her stuff! She is caring and knowledgeable. The reception staff also do an incredible job! Thank you my health Dandenong!
Great service from beginning to end. Dr Simran was wonderful and very attentive. No longer bulk billing, but you get what you pay for. I’m happy to pay for a Dr that listens and is proactive. Thanks team. You’re all doing a great job under trying circumstances. Hellen.
Amazing service. The receptionist was the sweetest and made it so easy for me to book. The doctors are so incredibly nice and wanted to get me help as soon as possible. Will be coming here more!
One of mismanagement team working in this clinic. I waited for an hour even after booked appointment. Moreover, in clinic they pretending to accept our health insurance card. But they also send bills to our residential address even after accept health card and giving receipts. Please avoide this scam. Dr. SIMRAN BASSI is one of the low grade doctor here. Too much waiting.
I booked the appointment for my daughter for 10am. I had waited for one hour. Till 11am still not my turn . The people who comes later than me already finished. I totally understand it gets delay sometimes. But one hour+ delay ,seriously? It’s not like everyone has one hour to waste on appointment in busy schedule of daily living !
Excellent staff and service. Have always been helpful with questions. I found them to be really pleasant and wanting to help out. Thank you. BTW we drive 1/2 hr to come here just for the great service.
Please be aware that this clinic isn’t long bulk billed. Patient’s Age is over 16 years old or no pension card would be charged $30 for general consult fee
Great service , lovely Doctor's very knowledgeable , they have been advertising the billing change for months , and the information is on the website also , most medical centres moving this direction , do we complain when we pay for a dentist appointment ? , so why do we complain so much when asked to pay for a Doctor's time and expertise??
