Beware, this is one of the worse doctors I've ever come across. I would give Dr Ngai NO STARS if I could. Don't waste your time with this doctor. I've heard so many bad things about him and didn't believe a doctor could be so careless until my relative was recently emitted into emergency because of his carelessness and just his 'don't give a damn' attitude. He has no heart and puts no effort or care into his patients. USELESS!!!
This is the best place to go if your using Allianz Insurance. It is free for the students. The Dr. is good and nice too.
