As a person with an incredible fear of dentists, i naturally waited until i was desperate and in pain to make an appointment. I walked in the door trembling and almost in tears! The staff were wonderful, the environment relaxing and private, quiet individual rooms... And the most warm, accommodating and understanding dentist Dr Laura Gibbons. She spent time chatting to put me at ease, explained all options, and her gentle technique and caring nature had me pain-free and knowing i would never hesitate to return. I cannot express my gratitude enough!

I have been going for the last 5 years and I would not go anywhere else .. such friendly staff and professional service that is hard to find these days .. most times I fall asleep in the chair ..

Have been visiting them for EVER...Started when they were City Dentists, then followed them to Southbank. (better parking!) No complaints, and recommend any time. Even my husband is now comfortable going to the dentist! Unless I would move interstate, I would not change! Friendly, knowledgeable and not over servicing! Thanks all!!!

The Receptionists are friendly, able to help with an idea of potential costings and a vast knowledge of the procedures that might be needed. Dr Bennett has been my dentist for 8 years And I have found him to be professional but empathetic to my needs.
