Lovely pub. Very friendly staff with quick service. I was a bit disappointed that they had run out of steak when we went there on a weekday lunchtime. Otherwise it was a great experience with good food.

Real Australian pub with epic food! Best value for money meal we have had on our travels around Australia! So glad we picked this pub to go to for dinner! Highly recommend!

We had very nice meals.  I had the ribs and wife had the roast dinner. Very generous serves and tasty meals. Good value and friendly staff.Food: 5/5

Dined last 07/04 and it was their steak night. We requested for our steaks to be cooked medium. My scotch fillet was well done and a dry. My husband’s porterhouse was pink but the texture was grainy and very hard to chew. I think they need to step up by using a better quality of beef. It’s a shame because both steaks were seasoned very well and their sauces were amazing! Their staff are very friendly though. And I love how they hanged some oold photographs that tell about the history in Mt. Gambier.
