Definitely one to avoid..!! Been irish it was one of the worst irish bars I've been to and the Gunness I asked for did not come from the tap owner went to a part of the bar were I could not see her and poured from a can and the dirt that was on the top of it was discussing!! Then we were told we couldn't drink in the bar we had to drink it is the pokies room she was sooooo rude AVOID
If you're after a quaint quiet little Irish pub then you're in the right place. Good range of Irish whiskey's and of course you've got Guinness and Kilkenny on tap. The service is a little slow but well worth the wait because you'll be hard pressed to find good quality Irish food like this anywhere within 400kms, I would definitely recommend the Beef and colcannon cottage pie and the O'Mallorys parmy. Would definitely go back.
My family who are visiting Mt Gambier thought we would have lunch here. Apon entering there was no staff around and no public eating here. I was unsure if it was even open. As I looked around for somebody, a man suddenly appeared and very gruffly said "sign in". Given the lack a hello, we decided to walk out. The environment felt very unfriendly.
Lady was extremely rude when my pokie machine had a payout. God forbid she had to do her job
Quite cosy pub,plenty of parking,short walk to the garden,Libery, and city Centre that one can stroll up and down the street to check out other venues

Only two people in the pub and still had to go hunting to find an employee. Good Guinness though! Place is clean.
Horrible bar filled with drunk locals. Very poor bar service and lots of fights - typical small town ferral bar : But good food
Food okay. Its very quiet, not real busy except when they have a band booked then it gets busier.
Very empty space. Slow service. But the guiness is GOOD and having been to Ireland earlier this year, i can vouch for this!!!
