I went there yesterday to look for a guitar pedal, the staff were amazing in helping me find what I needed. I felt very welcome and the store had outstanding prices. Will be back again. Louis was an absolute lad.

Minus : -Well my only complaint is the customer service person he's pretty rude on the phone, this guy whatshisname mat, mack, matt, or max idk. -The price is slightly expensivo than if i buy from eastern state but it's allright since they're a b&m and just a mere 5 minutes from bayswater Plus things : -The stock are amazing and many variety -Pretty friendly and helpful "in store" staff -Honest seller

The store attendants are really cool and genuine. They offer advice and they don’t impose on you in a condescending manner. The guy gave me advice on a guitar I was looking for and gave me my own space to consider my options without pushing a more expensive one etc. Would definitely recommend if looking for an acoustic guitar and for the service.

My first time at Sound Centre today. Great service, friendly staff and a good range of gear! I will definitely come back in the future!
