Visited whilst taking our elderly neighbours around over 50's resorts. Visited many around Bribie, North Lakes, Newport etc. Great to report that they sold their house and have signed a contract to move into Solana. Great location for them as the wife does not drive and they fear the husband will not get his licence renewed. Shopping Centre next door was a huge attraction but that is not meant to detract from this fabulous resort. We look forward to visiting them once they get settled in.
Whilst the village is still under construction, the completed homes show a interesting variety of styles and color. Very exciting to be able to choose some modifications and color schemes before the house is built.
Great welcome, great hosts who had a wealth of knowledge. The homes are built to a very high standard with top quality appliances. The layouts have been well thought out. Something for everyone. The whole experience was very relaxing. Thank you for the opportunity to visit Solana.
Aldi Bribie Island is a great place to shop. It is close to home has great parking. The shop is always clean and there is a great variety of fresh food to be had. I shop there every week
Very impressed. Spacious, well-designed villas that give a sense of privacy. Good location close to major shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and medical facilities.
