I must say I found the staff amongst the friendliest I have ever come across and was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The Hotel was in a great position and well worth the view. The room was very dated and tiered and really needs updating. Whilst the bedding was clean and bed comfortable the cleaning of the room is a big issue and really needs improving. I therefore found the price of the room to high for the standard. If they updated the rooms I would happy stay again but not in its present state.

I have been coming here for years and now have found the new staff to be rude, no help and made US sit around for nearly a day due to our room being left to last just out of spite. Will NEVER STAY AGAIN. On arrival the rude women behind desk even asked for drugs as she was stressed. Recommended that other accommodation would be best and only use waterways as a last resort. POOR EFFORT WATERWAYS. Oh and Do not pay up front as once paid you mean nothing even when room is unsatisfactory. NANCY the receptionist should find a more suitable employment perhaps as a battle axe rude,rude,rude.

Staff is very friendly but the amenities in room need attending too. Overall staff are exceptional.

Frindly staff the room was clean I think it is a bit overpriced but I guess what you pay for the area.
