While the room was clean and the bed freshly made on arrival there was NO servicing of the room after our arrival. We stayed for 3 nights and only received clean towels once and our bed was not pulled up and made on any day, only one of the two bins was emptied once. The office hours were limited thus making it difficult to see staff to request our room get serviced as stated in the information book which is available in the room. Our friends staying with us in another room had similar experiences as well as a bathroom sink that was cracked and leaking when used and an hairdryer that was in a disgusting state of cleanliness and not able to be used because of this. Overall I felt that the service was poor and would NOT recommend this motel to anyone.

Convient location. Easy access and heaps of parking. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.nDifferent room sizes and facilities. Always clean and tidy.nRoom for a boat as well.nCourtesy buses available for Bowls Club and RSL.nLove the Passage views.
For the price the rooms the location the view and the pleasant staff this place was definitely worth every cent. The air con filter was clean the ceiling fan was spotless. The bathroom was a little small but I’m a bit too fat aswell. I rate it very highly. Extra towels wasn’t an issue. Even pool towels supplied! See where else that happens
Great location and the swimming pool is nice.nnRoom is very basic for the price charged. Bedside lamps were unplugged and had to search for the only wall outlet. There we found some extension leads stuffed behind the mattress that let us plug in the lights.nnThere were no spare wall outlets remaining in the room except for a power strip on the floor. Large gap under entry door so had to use towel to keep insects out after dark.nnWhile trying to get the side table lamps working a glass pipe was found behind the bed you can guess it’s use. That puts me off the motel entirely.
