Great flat area with all the facilities you could possibly need and very friendly owners

Beautiful development. Would move in tomorrow but as we breed show dogs it is not practical.

Wow, there are houses popping up all over the place, I had to have a look. Seems interesting will be great to see the finished display homes.

Lived there and left, not for everyone living in a communal rule based environment. Too many rules, and a HOA committee that is not for the residents. My personal view, others love it, be sure you are aware of the restrictions you will have and it is a totally governed way to live and not for all. Good amenities but what will you use daily. We tried it and so believe after two years I am qualified to give this review. Loved our villa.

LOVELY area and lots to see in the community. Nice facilities but if u like gardening not enough scope for that. No area to have a cuppa at front of houses n not enough room between homes,  even if u pay extra only an extra 3 feet. But depends what u want and need.
