A very loved meditation centre with great people around, delivering meditation classes ,Dharma courses building friendship.

Such a welcoming space....I do yoga here and it's just wonderful...such a friendly group...

After 4 years plus of a very unpleasant regime we now have a lovely man as chairman and the Buddhist centre can once again operate with the compassion generosity and inclusion that it used to have ... shame it's stifled by Covid but hopefully by next year once again we will all be welcome  and we will see Buddhism exemplified as well as taught !

Awesome meditation classes.

A very friendly & welcoming venue for yoga, meditation & mindfulness. An oasis of tranquillity in the centre of town. PS. You don't have to be a Buddhist to go there!
