Errors with our honeymoon flights made by the store manager when taking our booking in branch. She missed a 10kg discrepancy between airlines resulting in 3 days of calls and stress on our honeymoon with connecting flights on different airlines. An error that luckily we picked up on prior to boarding for the next leg of our trip. It was eventually fixed but despite being told she'd contact is upon our return, we've heard nothing from them. Don't care about customer satisfaction guys?! Big shame we didn't hear from you Kate Burns as 3 days of stress on a honeymoon, we think warrants a follow up given it was your mistake..
