Came up from Melbourne for the day and stopped in for some brunch. I must say I have NEVER in my life had sourdough bread as soft as this. It was so fresh I’m amazed! I tried their pumpkin smash dish, it was absolutely delicious. Coffee was smooth and strong. Great choice of seating outdoor, in the front of the cafe or in the back with some comfy couches and lower lighting. Great atmosphere and lovely attentive staff. Love that they highlight inclusion and diversity and donate to charity! It’s a must try!

Social Foundry in Kyneton is literally a whole vibe!nnLet’s talk about the smashed avo toast. It’s next level. Period. The avo is so fluffy like, how do they even do that??, and it’s BFFs with the goat’s cheese—seriously, they’re a dream team. The pesto drizzle just ties it all together.nnThe lattes? SO velvety and smooth. You could drink them all day.nnThe vibe here is super chill and welcoming—perfect for a catch-up or solo coffee run. Plus, the staff are actual legends - so friendly, just genuinely nice humans.nnWhat really makes Social Foundry special is what they stand for. They’re all about giving back and making a difference, and honestly, it just restores your faith in humanity. Massive respect to these superstars for everything they do.nnIf you haven’t checked this place out yet, what are you even doing?? Go, go, go!
The staff here are beautiful humans.nHaving the door opened before we got to it with my walker.nnThe food is exceptional. Presentation exceptional.nFlavours and combinations exceptional.nnWe ordered the GF smashed avo and Wow waffles.nAs a Sous chef I tend to have high expectations.nMy expectations were blown away. The food here is amazing! Highly recommend the corn and zucchini fritters. Service was friendly and quick plus there’s plenty of space inside and out for groups and kids. Can’t wait to come back again.
