Our first time to use this kind of ski rental service and Snopro certainly exceeded our expectations with their friendly team members, super convenient and flexible attention. No hidden costs and their gear is well maintained and they had a perfect fit for our family. We will definitely use them again on our next trip back to Queenstown!

Snopro's delivery service is excellent so convenient. They came to us right in our apartment, fit all the boots well, had extra stock for the bits we needed (like goggles for my daughter) and dropped everything into our drying room. On our last day, everything was picked up from the drying room. We couldn't fault the service at all. I would definitely use it again.
