My 13 yo son & I had the most amazing travel experience at Milford Sound - thanks to Anthony, Tom & team at Air Milford for making it all happen. Our scenic flight was cancelled due to inclement weather but they accommodated us the next day with their wet weather option. We're very grateful as we're in Queenstown only for 3 days & the scenic flight was our main highlight. Their warm & exceptional service, flexibility & above all commitment to safety are unparalled!! Far exceeded our expectations - a huge thank you for the magical experience!!

Wonderful airline and pilots who know their stuff. We had Tom as our pilot. I learnt more about Milford Sound from Tom than on the cruise ship. This is the best way to see the surrounding mountains. From up in the air.

We booked the flight-cruise-flight with the understanding that, if the weather forecast became poor, the NZ $500 “scenic” flight would be cancelled and we would be charged. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and we had close to 100% cloud cover at Milford Sound.

Absolute must-fly with them. Pleasant crew and safe flights. Had the privilege of sitting at the rearmost seat (the pilot decides the seating plan, based on something) and it was probably the best seats in the 'house'. Beware though, bad weather might lead to cancellations, but the staff will call for a weather check in the morning.

These guys are the best scenic flight operators in QT! Beautiful new aircraft and friendly staff with a safety first attitude. Highly recommended!
