Used this web site to book a holiday house in Queenstown. After the booking was confirmed via email we booked our flights then two days later  we were told the owner had changed their mind and the house wasn't available. Vicky the website owner then tried to book us into another house airbnb which we hadn't agreed to. When we mistakenly booked it on airbnb she refused to refund us all of our money claiming it was an airbnb problem  - very poor service from start to finish  

Wouldn't use them again
