Extremely rude elderly lady working there. She made me walk out. They also tried to sell me products that went on sale the next day for a much cheaper price! Pathetic!

Elderly gentlemen staff member was rude and unhelpful. Very poor service. We left without buying what we wanted due to this. We returned at a later date and dealt with a different staff member. Needed a new bed straight away but took 3 weeks to get delivered.. Ridiculous

Extremely bad service. Impolite, rude and trying to cheat me. Would not recommend this to anyone. Be careful.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Great service from the whole team. Ben provided excellent service and I woulf recommend anyone to but from Snooze Artarmon.
