Staff are very helpful indeed.
They're never reluctant to give good and honest advice 
about the good and the bad side of their product.
The brands and choices however are quite limited.

They didn’t have what I was looking for but the guy behind the counter put in quite an effort looking through stock before writing down a few gas and plumbing suppliers to assist me with a connection. Service level was excellent and the store was well kept. Parking was available too.

Too "helpful" staff, couldn't check anything by my own, wa surrounded by "helpful" staff members with advices how to buy, couldn't even ask a question. Limited amount of brands and choices, I was expecting more based on location and name of the store. Maybe will give another chance one day.
