My wife had a horrible experience with the staff. He said he was willing to extend the freezing of membership period, however once he realised that she was eventually going to quit as she now has personal issues where she cannot go to the gym, he suddenly changed his tune and refused to do so. 

He also said that he wouldn't charge her the extra 4 weeks initially when quitting during the initial conversation, however once he realised she was not coming back that was also cancelled when he changed his tune. So she has to pay for 4 weeks and when she is not even using it, total scam. they try and suck you in at the start with a free month but when you want to quit, in the contract that charge you for 4 more weeks after, I hate cheeky fine print that's not made clear at the start of what would have been a good experience. I have never had any issues at the 4 different gyms I have been to over my life through moving houses.

Honestly, if it wasn't so close to my house I'd be looking for another gym.

UPDATE: 01.01.2018
Pros:
+Mould in the showers are mostly gone.

Meh:
~Just as crowded (at times), just as cluttered.

Otherwise no changes from previous posts.

Cons:
-Unsanitary practices; staff actually think it's a good idea to leave spare toilet rolls next to the toilet on the floor. At least two times (to my knowledge) have others urinated on them.
-Patrons don't re-rack weights, leading me to think management is forgetting that it's part of the patron's obligation (having signed a contract) to re-rack the weights after using them. Give them a warning for it at least FFS.

Pros:
+The building itself doesn't feel stifling as the ceiling is pretty high (looking at you Snap Fitness @ Adelaide St, Brisbane).
+Two power cages w/oly weights and platforms.
+Cardio area has variety.
+They rearranged most of the machines and benches so it's easier to move around.
+Spare room for classes, stretching and calisthenics.

Meh:
~The toilets still get cleaned infrequently but not as bad as last time which was worse.
~No "lockers", just open cubes to put your things in.

Cons:
-It gets pretty crowded around the free-weights area, four moveable benches only and groups tend to socialise.
-The tissues that you can use to wipe benches and other equipment are not always refilled within staffed hours.

Thoughts - I've now seen true peak-hours, and it's terrible, try to stay away from peak-hours (roughly 3 - 6pm) or go anyway - otherwise it's not a bad place.
