I’m very glad I came back to Brisbane Boxing after several years off. Other places don’t have quite the same community feel and friendliness. When I walked back in, I felt a huge difference. The environment feels like “family” and super inclusive even though I don’t know many people there. They all remember a name and face, even after several years/ if they’re new.  I started boxing again as a challenge to increase fitness, strength, endurance improve my physical well-being.  Also because I lost some of my power and confidence. I needed to regain some sense of strength within myself and find an outlet for anger and negative emotions instead of suppressing it. It was also very important for me to feel “safe”, and that I could protect myself against negative energy.  I’ve been improving more and more after each class physically and mentally. And last class was the biggest release after a tough period. Having BB to go to is one of the things that keeps me afloat when I’m going through those “tough periods”.  The Sunday socials are family friendly and they champion the youngsters by providing a fundraising BBQ for their next generation of young fighters, or getting the kids involved in the class. I encourage anyone to support them!  Epic and amazing work team!

I have recently joined the 10 week challenge and after my first week i have noticed a few things. 1 the trainers genuinely care about your progress. 2 they motivate you. 3 the environment is very family oriented. 4 the equipment is in excellent condition. Love training here so far.

The BEST Cardio boxing gym in Brisbane. Excellent mix of basic boxing skills, bag work and callisthenics. Amazing and encouraging instructors will always go the extra distance to give you an amazing workout! If you haven't trued boxing, this is where to start!

I’ve been attending the cardio box class for a while now and it has consistently provided a great workout, simultaneously getting you fit and teaching you boxing skills, while also being fun and enjoyable. All the coaches are helpful and friendly and each coach has their own unique style, providing you with something different each visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in boxing, or a fun way to exercise.

I've been coming for 6 months now. I used to hate exercising. Now I can't wait to get to my next class. Thanks to the coaches for always keeping things fresh and new, and for being top people.

The team at Brisbane Boxing are super friendly and their classes are second to none! Highly recommend anyone looking for a high intensity fun regular workout

Tried their social Sunday twice now. Must say really good. Good atmosphere and can go at your pace. Bag work, course and ab/weights at the end. 1 HR session.
