This place is amazing. It's extremely clean and has a lot of equipment. The best part is the staff. Everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful and encouraging. We were personally invited to join a thirty minute circuit by William. He obviously had put a lot of effort and thought into the workouts. It kicked our butts. Not only did he lead an awesome workout but he also along with Ryan coached on proper form. If we lived in Richmond this would be the gym we'd attend.
