Honestly the best coaches I have ever had! All the coaches care about you so much and want you to succeed and always challenge me. They remember you on an individual basis and what fitness level you are at. The coaches are always so attentive and encourage you too. It's so refreshing to get coaches that walk the talk and actually know their stuff, unlike most gyms you go to!The community of cross fitters are Also amazing people and brilliant to train with!

As someone who has only just recently started CrossFit I can honestly say that training at CrossFit Richmond has been one of the most positive and welcoming environments that I've experienced. All of the coaches and members have been so supportive. The biggest thing I've noticed is the level of coaching I get when coming to sessions, the attention to detail and appropriate guidance I get is fantastic, it means I never feel out of depth or like I can't participate in a session. There's no elitist vibes going on, just a great bunch of people who genuinely want to see each other do the best they can - love it!

Extraordinary coaching and culture! If you looking to become an athlete, this is the place to be. Adam and his team take coaching and safety very seriously. I have improved my technique so much since I join their gym. People are very nice and competitive, which pushes me and challenges me every day. When you start they give you all the time to build the skills and improve lifts. However, be ready for a professional approach and strict coaching. While you there ask for the hot Mexicans! Honestly the best CrossFit box by far!! These guys are truly awesome. They are so welcoming, have incredible highly trained coaches, great facilities and the programming is on point! They are very accommodating and enabled me to train right through my pregnancy. Well done CFR! 👏🏽👍🏽🙌🏽

This gym has the best atmosphere and people to train with on the planet! The level of expertise and consistency with coaching is incredible. It is a community of people that come together to train, grow and support each other every single day! Highly recommend Crossfit Richmond for all athletes from beginner to advanced and anyone in between!
