The staff seem nice enough and the gym has what you need but i've had billing and access issues since the end on my free month and unfortunately phone calls, SMS and emails go unanswered. 
Dispite having more than the contracted amount taken from my account i had hoped explaining the situation would sort the issue and while I eventually got someone on the phone and they listened I believe that's all they did as once again I was left locked out.
I have cancelled my account, I bet I'm overcharged during the cancellation period too.
TL:dr communication is an issue.

They never answer there phone, im a former snap fitness member but i cancelled my membership on the 19/08/16 and i am still getting charged a year later.
Not impressed and im also being avoided my the staff, iv'e been in there 4 times giving them time to talk with the supervisor and still no action has been placed. 
Disgusted with the actions they have taken.
