We are a women's only gym featuring a complete 30 minute workout that is designed to increase strength and fitness.

Story

Curves is the only complete solution to weight loss in Australia. Curves Complete is as easy as 1. Exercise 2. Meal Plans and 3. Coaching. You also get the support and encouragement of the Australian Curves community to help you reach your weight loss and fitness goals.

We reserve the right to remove content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or which simply doesn’t further our mission of strengthening women. This includes profanity, explicit pictures, posts that are vulgar in nature or intended to cause pain, sales of products or services relating to quick and easy weight loss, and promotions of any kind.

When you get stronger increase your flexibility and work to prevent injury - you're setting the stage for a healthy, more active future. As a member, you can take as many classes as you'd like. Our gym classes range from low to high intensity, which means you can always find a program that works for you."
