Snag Stand

The gourmet sausages are fantastic but the chips are absolutely amazing. They are expensive as compared to other sausage places, but the quality and taste difference is also obvious. I have not been a sausage person growing up and I only eat them now because I'm in Australia. However, the Snag Stand is definitely not styling average sausages. I have tried most of the sausages and my favorites are the spicy kransky or the Spanish chorizo, although, I haven't tasted one I've disliked. Get the chips but make sure you buy a side of the sirachi mayo to dip them in. This site is close to Central station so I try hard to do in when I am in the Brisbane CBD.

Ordered the Toulouse Hotdog from Snag Stand at Pacific Fair. The Toulouse tasted ok but the size and quantity was a bit disappointing for the price and being advertised as gourmet haute dogs. Unfortunately, I had to order another meal to be satisfied. I understand that they have overheads in the mall and this may effect quantity of size, but I would off expected at more from a restaurant specialising in gourmet hotdogs.

Delicious! Best hot dogs in the CBD, chilli fries are great too. Only downside is that it's fairly expensive, but definitely worth it!

This is the best place to go if you feel like having a cheat day.. I love their chilli fries and the Angus hot dog with mash and gravy. If you are looking for gourmet hotdogs check this place out..

I went there watching good reviews and was extremely disappointed. The meat patty and the bun of my beef burger was burned. The small burger cost me 10 bucks. On the other side of the food court Oporto sell quality big burger in low price.

It's hard for me to pass by this little winner of a place. Great selection of Haute Dawgs with quality snags are a local flavor at this place. The pickle spears explode in your mouth. So. Yum.

Food is amazing.. however time management was the only fault as my partner ordered after me. Was served first. Had enough time to finish her meal and wait for my order still... besides that great food.

Had the vegetarian American classic, yum! Would recommend. Better than 5dogs.

Great hotdogs in the city. Chilli cheese fries Weren't so good in my opinion.
