Owned by a Vietnamese couple who are very lovely and friendly. The Vietnamese style food is always delicious. I am a huge fan of the spring rolls in particular as one of the owners hand makes them and the flavours are delicious. Their meat, glass noodle and salad bowls are also excellent. I haven't tried any of the more standard industrial area lunch bar food except the hot chips and those are usually pretty excellent. As mentioned by some others, for the best variety of options get in before 1:30/2pm when they are starting to wind down.

Staff are usually friendly, reasonable range of food for the hungry industrial estate worker, reasonable enough prices. They have a range of Asian style dishes too and usually they're pretty decent serving sizes. Get in before 2pm or everything runs out, though the leftovers are often cheap. Honestly this place is pretty much an average lunch bar, it is what it is and it does what it's meant to do.
Ordered a burger with the lot $9 Had a coles beef patty, silverside? And egg asked if I wanted salad I said yes had a tiny bit of tomato that was it. Not long after eating was very sick. And the other boys got "lunch specials" and were also sick. Would steer clear.
Went in this morning and asked for a toasted ham and cheese. They made the sandwich and then proceeded to put it in the microwave before the toasted sandwich press. This is not a process I like as with a toasted ham and cheese you just make the sandwich and put it in the sandwich press. I won't be returning as I'm not a fan of this practice.
Great little lunch bar with good value offerings. Need to be early though because once they sell out it is mostly gone.
Very nice had noodle with chicken and pork highly recommend sorted me out for the day.
