I cant even eat the garlic prawn pizza I ordered, I requested thin and crispy base, but no, its thick and doughy, not even cooked in the middle, rather than pizza its a soggy, sauce drowned mess with barely any topping!! So disappointed, having toast for dinner instead, won't ever be back, a total waste of $48! 2 pizzas and garlic bread
We waited over an hour and a half for a delivery.. I order a chicken and bacon with NO ONION.... it came with onion... the other pizzas were over cooked....see photos....they didn't answer the phone when we called to let them know..... mmmm not sure I would order again from here.
So my parents ordered a few pizzas and a side for my Birthday party yesterday to only have part of our order delivered. when my mother called to find out why only half the order was delivered, the manager answered didn't give his name even after, being asked for it says that we should come down and pick up the rest of the order from the store, Defeating the purpose of paying for delivery which arrived over an hour late by some courier company vehicle and not a worker of pizza hut. The "manager" then agreed to send the rest of the order with the next driver. We then waited for 1 and half hours and no delivery, My mother called again asking about the order in an upset state as we had guests, only to be belittled/spoken rudely by the manager again, which is when I took over the call as my mother wasn't in a good state to continue the call. I asked can we have a refund for the things that never arrived we were told to come down to the store to get the refund. I then asked if we could have the rest of the order delivered ASAP. We were quoted 1.5 hours for delivery, which upset me on my birthday. I replied that's simply not good enough, the manager just put the phone down and never responded again till I hung up and block my number from being able to call the store. This is unacceptable. worst interaction with a franchise company I have had, I am thinking of using my platform on youtube and IG to warn locals from purchasing food from just this store
Wingstreet chicken wings is the worst thing I have ever had unfortunately you guys could do better than making half cooked wings. Taste like half boiled chicken wings. It’s a joke how about a refund or at least delete that from your menu forever. Disgusting. My dogs won’t even eat it. Shame.
Waited over an hour for our food to get delivered, no update available on the website and contacting the store directly seems to be near on impossible only to have one of the pizzas rock up so soggy that my finger went into the bottom of the box and the box peeled off on one of the slices and our drink was missing from the order also
Food was nice compared to other pizza places. Shop was clean. Indian could of been more plesent. No personality.Food: 4/5
Disappointed to read these reviews my eyes lit up when I saw Pizza Hut while searching for pizza. Seems a shame that there is so many bad reports I wonder if it’s the same company from the 80’s or someones brought the rights to the name.
I had vegetarian pizza on my order ,was perfectly cooked with right temperature, ready on time ,definitely coming back.
All crust and no toppings, if I wanted bread for dinner I could have just opened the freezer.
Pizza hut is a well known brand but this place is nice in particular. Friendly staff, but place doesn't have sitting arrangement.
