I thought I was getting a good deal, shellac was advertised for $20 but I requested to get my nails like the picture I showed below - so they said it would be an extra $5, but what I got was NOT what I asked for and then charged me another $5 to take off the other gel. I don't mind paying but I mind that no one told me ahead of time. Advertising for $20 but paying $30 is misleading. Not happy with the outcome of my nails, it looks cheap and sloppy and nothing like the picture.

Really amazing service and quality hair dressing. I don't go anywhere else. The customer service makes the whole experience that much more.

I have been having my haircut there monthly for the past 13 years- even though I now live 45 minutes away- Shane is the best hair stylist I've had, never a bad cut and thorough and courteous. Great studio.

Room waxing was done in was absolutely filthy, other people's hairs on the towel on the bed. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Also got my toenails done and the girl cut right down the edge of my big toenail on both sides and it is actually really sore now,I even had to tell her to stop. The clippers and files were just lying there and to me they didn't appear clean(compared to other places where you can see they have been cleaned and are taken out of packets). Staff were nice but sorry to say I won't be going back.
