My first time at Biba

The first standout experience at Biba was the communication. Robyn was very thorough and patient. She explained the pricing at the very start once she listened to what I wanted. She explained how to get to the colour I want. 

The second standout is the experience as a customer - there is a complimentary drinks menu with various options - from the nicest teas to refreshing ciders. The experience was first class. Everyone was lively and friendly and happy to share their opinion. This seems to me to be because they have a very supportive team atmosphere. This was by far the best service I've experienced when having my hair done. 

The third standout is the technical expertise at Biba. There is a mountain of knowledge in that place and it's shared freely between everyone. They are happy to teach you how they would care for their hair if your hair was theirs. This is absolutely invaluable. 

The fourth standout is the quality and range of the products at Biba. Robyn had extensive knowledge about all of the products, and explained the pros and cons of the products and which type of products would best care for my hair. 

I am incredibly grateful to Robyn for transforming my hair into something I can love again.

The staff are nice and I appreciate the hospitality however I will say i am really unimpressed with my hair after spending 240$ on a full head of foils and a toner. Not a bad price, but when a week later it looks grown out and tarnished its definitely not worth it. Disappointed.

Cece goes the extra mile to create a personalised style cut by understanding your hair care needs. Diverse group of talented stylists and welcoming staff. Walked in off the street however would recommend booking as they seem very popular. Reasonably priced package.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Cici and Brielle figured out what I wanted done to my hair when I couldn’t even figure it out and gave me the best cut and color I’ve ever had. I’ve never been happier with a salon. Ps the staff were lovely and gave me complimentary drinks during my visit!

Cycy is very kind and knowledgeable. $79 for an in-depth consultation, wash, cut and style (plus a coffee!) is great value. It was nice that Cycy took the time to have a thorough consultation. Thank you Cycy!
