Yesterday I went into the St Kilda Hairhouse looking for a new shampoo as the ones I have been using has been leaving my hair frizzy and dry. Beth was very helpful and directed me to a new product I had neither used or heard of before. I tried the treatment last night and it has left my hair feeling noticeably healthier after just one wash! Great recommendation and all-round shopping experience.

I’m so glad to met Sabah. I went to the store in st.kilda to get some new hair care products and Sabah was super nice with me, she give me the best advise for take care of my hair, she really help me so much. Definitely from now on I will always go to visit Sabah if I need new hair items.

Went to see Gemma for a colour correction, root tint, highlights, cut and blow dry and I am so happy with the results. Gemma gave me a thorough consultation beforehand on what I wanted and spent 4 hours transforming my hair. The team were all extremely friendly and helpful, lovely place since recently coming under new management. Highly recommend!

I'm appalled at how the lady working there treated my hair - not only was she unable to understand what I was after, even after showing her photos, the way she handled my hair was atrocious. Painful shampoo, aggressive brushing and blow drying of my freshly bleached hair. The bleaching was also blotchy and uneven, and resulted in a very uneven fashion colour. My hair is now really damaged from only one round of bleach, which is terrible as the bleach covered my entire length. She also didn't think to tone which ended in very yellow and orange tones. All of this for over $300. I was fooled by some of the good reviews from previous customers but I understand this lady is fairly new to the business. This shop is a good place for quality hair products but do not be fooled into thinking they can do a decent colour/bleaching job - they are clearly not colourists.

went to hair house wear house for my formal hair, when i booked they said it was express and would take an hour for 3 people. 2 hours later we where late for our photos. as they where short staffed hairdresser had to keep stopping to attend to other customers. very unpleased, hair didn’t even hold.

Marie and Emily saved me from a DIY disaster! I ended up with a cut and colour that I love after a nightmare home bleach job. My heart looks and feels fantastic. Thanks so much

Thank you Marie for always keeping my hair looking edgy and stylish to suit my attitude. She knows how to read your personility to match your hairstyle. I love watching her cut my hair like its an art piece and seeing her passion for hairstyling. She also does my blonde foils, regrowth and blow wave. I trust Marie with her hair.

Got my hair done for the first time with Gina. Loved her work, could not fault a thing, she was attentive and professional. Did an awesome job with my hair including bleach, full colour, style cut and dry. Reasonable price and walked away with my favourite brand of shampoo to look after the new look! There was also another lovely girl working the front counter, she was also very knowledgeable and their a great duo! Sorry, forgot her name
