Awesome customer service! Dropped in and was looked after by a young man promptly. He took my car in straight away. Tea and coffee was even provided.

They are not bad and not that good 🤔. Racq left my car there to get fixed’ left side both doors had to fixed.passengers side rear door still not good.door requires more force to closed. They fixed twice but it’s still same. Not impressed

After reading the current reviews i was relucatant to take my car here. But i cant fault them. They did an amazing job in the time they said it would take and kept me updated the whole time. Staff are friendly n know what they are doing. Thanks guys 👍

Unfortunately this is strike 2 for this company. Colour was not matched to existing colour and when shown manager admitted that it didn't match but basically said bad luck. Said it was too much work to get it right. Car did not go in mismatched so don't expect it to come out mismatched. When accident is not your fault this just adds to the frustration. Highly recommend using another RACQ repairer.... and will definitely not be back ever again!! 0 star service... very disappointing.

Racq send me there for small scratch in my back door .. but they took out whole paint of my front door. Fking ratraded people and everyone r so rude.. dont recommends at all .. its wrost ever place you can take for service..
