The team at Boxer Services are extremely helpful, honest and reliable. They are willing to provide advice and take time to discuss options and explain what they have done. They just repaired my Forester which had been diagnosed with a blown motor by a Subaru Dealership who quoted over $11k for a replacement motor. Boxer Services conducted an inspection of the motor and identified the issue as a failed water pump. After performing repairs to the cooling system and follow up tests to ensure the issue was resolved, they returned my vehicle at a quarter of the price quoted by the dealership. Did a great job on my Subaru by replacing solenoids in my CVT valve body. Friendly staff. Diagnosed the issue over the phone from experience. Completed job in a few days and charged me 50% less than a Subaru dealership. Highly recommended Subaru mechanic. Will be going back for all my work and services in the future even though they are 1 hr. away. If you have a Subaru, I strongly recommend you take it here and not the dealership.Service: Transmission

Very professional and always willing to help. Excellent knowledge on Subaru's. Months ago my regular Subaru specialist in the area that I had been going for years let me down when not long after I had my car serviced developed an issue and when I tried to get it in for repairs prior a big trip up north they simply didn't care and tried to book in for two weeks later. When I called this Subaru workshop they simply went out of their way to help me repair my Forester ready for my family holiday. Big thanks to Boxer Service.

I highly recommend Boxer service. We have had a few Subaru’s now and wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Darren and the team are professional and thorough, going the extra mile with good old fashioned customer service. But they also understand the financial pressures of their customers. Their service costs are very reasonable. We have required a couple of major repairs over the years and the team have where possible structured or tailored the repairs over time which has been much appreciated. Can’t fault them!
