Very open and honest GPs who are very helpful. Felt like the gp truely cares and listens to their patients. Best appointments I’ve ever had
Dr Shyam Chatterjee is excellent. Knowledgeable, thorough, sensitive, and efficient.
I went there for about a year for mental health and skin issues and got walked over and treated terribly by ‘my doctor’. I was kept in the dark about test results, lied to about when there were free appointment times. At one point they kept telling me they were booked out for 3 months and I wasn’t able to see my regular doctor. Then continued to tell me they had a free appointment the following day. My doctor took 2 out 4 months off at the end of the year and did not set up another doctor for me in the meantime so I was left without necessary medication and support. The amount of times my referrals were not passed on or incorrect and I wasn’t able to access things that I had a right to, is a joke. Mental health is really serious and when that is paired with health issues you need to have a doctor that works with you and understands your hardships. I never received an ounce of that, let alone decent medical care at this clinic and have left feeling disheveled and hopeless about my next experience with medical professionals.
Very knowledgeable and supportive doctors/nurses. Administration staff are always friendly. If you have been looking for genuine, honest and respectful care then this is the practice for you.
Everyone is such a pleasure to deal with from the reception staff right through to the Doctors. Appointment process is now able to be completed online so it couldn't be easier. Definatly recommend.
