Changed to this practice a year or so ago, and cannot fault the care and attention I get, when I need it. Easy booking system, never waiting for days or weeks for appointments. Always seen quickly and efficiently. Dr Ritam has the best approach to men's health I've ever experienced in seeing any of my previous G.P's. Doesn't fob you off, listens and is always ready to explore options and treatments no matter what you have going on. The E- Script system is fantastic too. I'm a busy business owner and didn't have time to wait an hour late for an appointment any more. Do yourself a favour and change Doctors, I am reassured that there are good G.P's! Thanks Doctor Ritam and One stop staff! You are always there when I need you, perfect!
The doctors do not dress like professional respected people, eg: short , tshirts, daggy home clothes. Also the doctors stand on one side of the room and scream out patients names this is lazy and weird they dont seem to know how to approach people. Reception staff are better dressed and mannered. The doctors do not respect the time of the patient, in my case the doctor was 40 minutes late on one visit no apology or attempt to discuss, reception should be calling people to advise on another appointment again 20 minutes late, even early morning and again no apology.
One Stop Medical doctors and staff are all so kind and respectful of their patients. In the 10+ years I have been attending, not once have I heard or witnessed any unkindness, rudeness, or snickering to or about patients. They have always been friendly, polite and professional. Great team!
I had taken my son to see Dr Ritam at short notice. Not only did he accommodate the appointment, but he was also very thorough and diligent. He arranged to follow up to ensure that he was on the mend, and improved along the expected lines. I found Dr Ritam very knowledgeable and willing to listen and work with you to find solutions and reassure. Highly recommended!
Myself, my Fiancé and our child all see Dr Ritam. He always goes above and beyond for everyone, we always feel like we have been heard and nothing is ever too small of an issue. I can't recommend him enough!
My first experience with One Stop Medical was when I was directed to a OH&S Medical examination in 2014 . I have been assisted by Doctors at One Stop Medical ever since . Care , concern and utmost attention is what I have always got . Every friend I recommended has always come back with a positive note . Thank you One Stop Medical .
My wife and I have been to five appointments there...since we moved back to Mackay in December 2022...books are still OPEN and we have received very professional service from both the doctors and nurses there and the admin team very friendly and helpful.
Dr Ritam Jain has been my local doctor for some time now. Listens, cares and understands. Highly recommend this practice.
Always treated with care and respect at Onestop Medical. Administration staff were friendly and helpful during my many visits over the last few months. Nursing staff were excellent, always adhering and maintaining correct levels sterilisation and cleanliness throughout procedures and Dr Ali is an amazing and very caring doctor. I was always treated with respect and given options with my care and all procedures were explained fully. I was given the option to get a second opinion when considering procedures required.
I have been with One Stop Medical for several years now. Professional & caring is a trait you’ll see in all the staff from Rachel, Jeah and Trish through to Wendy & Cassie as well as the rest of the staff. They have helped me through 2 rounds of cancer as well as its side & after effects. The trust you hold with your GP is a very important reason to stay with the right team….& I have. THEY ARE JUST THE BEST WITH THEIR BEDSIDE MANNER & always make me feel like no problem is too small or big or foolish when it comes to maintaining your health. Looking forward to them keeping me on the healthier lane in life.
