This place is my fave in Newtown by far. It’s my go to. I love nail art and usually get my nails done every two weeks. Everyone that works there is super skilled, efficient and professional. I usually come in with quite complex ideas and they always execute beautifully. Highly recommend.

Came here on my sisters recommendation but was left highly disappointed. I asked for a short rounded shape with a lilac purple colour but was left with a square shape and pink colour. I asked them to round the nails but they only slightly rounded it and they still look very square. Won’t be coming back here again. I thought the colour would end up as purple after the coat but ended up being more pink by the end. Would not recommend.

Honestly there are so many better places in Newtown. This place will book you in knowing they don’t have the staffing. 1 person doing 2-3 pedicures, very rushed. Forgot the process as they just soaked my feet in water for 40 minutes then painted my nails, arguing I still pay full price. Not a chance. I’ll stick to catchy nails for now on.

This is a nice spot if you need to get something simple done ie: pedi, or basic polish, but every time I've come for acrylics I've experienced lifting and breaks a week or so after getting my nails done. They're passable, but from a technical perspective the acrylic poorly encapsulates the nail, the apex isn't build up leading to breaks and then having to come in and pay for repairs of what's a job not so well done. Pretty long wait times on the weekends even if you book an appointment too, where I had to wait close to an hour beyond my booked time.  Again, not bad for a walk-in, but chances are you'll have to come back to get something fixed.Services:&nbsp;Nail repair

Best salon I’ve been to in ages! Everyone is so kind and accommodating, even when I changed my mind last minute they were happy to go with it despite being super busy and full of customers! 10/10

They just get it, I always go in there with an idea and reference images and they execute it perfectly every time. Consistently the best nails in Sydney! I’ve tried so many other places but always come back to Sleek

Acrylics are of good quality, but on the more expensive side. Have been here numerous times and the staff can be rather rude, but I go back as I think it’s one of the best nail places in Newtown.
