One of my go-to yumcha places in the city ! Food was absolutely delicious ! The BBQ pork was juicy, and vegetables were cooked nicely. Best part was dessert, the custard-tarts and the mango pancake is a must-try. Definitely worth the wait :
Loved the experience at Sky Phoenix. The food was delicious and felt that it never ran out. Staff were obliging and happy to make us comfortable.
Great quality as always. Advise you book a table or get there before 12 to avoid the lunch rush. Plenty of choices for Yum cha, a favourite with our whole family.
Great yam Cha place in the center!! Huge place.. even if you wait it does not take long to get seated! Not too expensive either.. 3 people with beer was a total of 140 dollars..the pork belly was very nice and crispy!! Duck as well!!
Yum cha, dim sum, whatever you want to call it, Sky Phoenix tends to be the first place on my list in Sydney. My favourite dish is the green beans, which is pretty special, whereas a lot of the food is pretty standard stuff.
Went here for a wedding. Food quality wasnt that great for the prices you pay. Wait staff were fast and attentive though. Constantly making sure our plates and bowls were swapped out for clean ones and making sure our tea was constantly refilled.
Since starting work nearby two years ago, I've witnessed multiple staff members use the public toilets and leave without using soap or skipping washing their hands entirely. I have not been able to eat here since due to this unhygenic practice. Please train your staff better.
Pre-pandemic and now, their business is always busy but they never fault in seating customers quickly. Carts come around at a great pace and the food is steamy fresh not reheated.
