I have never felt so offended and scared to be a customer! I bought a coffee and croissant and after I made the order to the grunting man behind the counter his questions on what sort of croissant I would like were like an interrogation. While waiting for my order to be prepared I watched him treat 4 other customers in just as poor a manner. One person even left the line with a disgusted look on his face at the attitude of the bloke. When my order was called I got to the counter as quick as I can cover the 3 meter gap and he screamed out my order again as if he had been waiting 5 minutes for the pick up and scowled at me when I did collect it. Super shame the service was abysmal, the food was pleasant too!
