We cannot recommend  the team at Skilled Conveyancing highly enough, in particular the efforts of Casey. Casey faced several challenges along the way with the selling/buying of the houses but like a true professional she overcome them to successfully settle both of the properties without any issues. Through out the entire process Casey was always available via email or phone if I ever had any questions. Her level of communication waa second to none & I always knew how the process was progressing.

Very bad service and lazy. Not replying email and very rude. But they are really not shy to ROB you through their invoice. I am surprised they don't charge me their time they spent in the toilet. 
We have been investing property years and buying and selling multiple properties with different conveyancers . This is the worst one ever
So, if you want to pay to dollar for having bad experience in buying your property and experience very bad customer service please contact the one and only SKILLED CONVEYANCING

Clearly standards have slipped at Skilled Conveyancing and they have slipped by more than a mile. Judging by the previous review, I am not the only one! Having never used them before, I was swayed by previous reviews to appoint them to handle a recent property sale. 

They were not cost competitive in the first place. They were picked for their much vaunted "Customer service". The biggest bugbear was the lack of customer service whatsoever. Communication from staff was spotty and rude. The onus is on you to get in touch with them. They will only call you when things are due like the very next day.

We are purchasing another property. Needless to say, this company will not get any of our business. They have enough business on their plate to handle anyway. GO somewhere else.

Made the whole process of buying a property very unpleasant, very hard to get onto, Wether it be returning calls or replying to emails 

In one instance I strictly instructed her to only lodge 1 appraisal. On settlement day she pushed for the 2nd appraisal to get processed which it was then thrown out as it was invalid 

I thought she was very unapproachable and very un helpful, especially someone buying there first home
