From start to finish the love and care for our brother was felt.  From the straightening of his jumper, to the colour of his face and the respect of his taonga - I couldn’t recommend Gayle and the teams services enough. From the moment I placed an enquiry with Simply Cremations I was very impressed, with an immediate response, even late at night.  Mike was such a kind and caring person to work with for the funeral service for my mother.  It was the perfect send off, a beautiful photo and video tribute and everything was thought of without much work from us, Mike took care of everything and kept things moving along with such ease.  He took all the stress away and I couldn’t have given my mother a better send off.  Thank you Mike for everything you did and for all the extra thought you put in.

I appreciate all the help we got while we were there. We felt comfy, kitchen was opened. Very pleased. When they had finished our  mother she didnt come out looking like she was supose to, but that was a easy fix, all we had to do was ask. And they did. Took her away and came back looking like her beautiful self again. The coffin we chose was absolutely beautiful  never in my life would I see a beautiful coffin like I did. It was a white coffin and half of it covered in pink flowers. I wana thank everyone who was there to help and appreciate all yhe help use have given us.

Thank you to Mike and the team at Simply Cremations for the care and support during our sad time. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a professional and compassionate director to help them through the process of losing a loved one.

This review will depend greatly upon how they deal with a complaint over costs and the non disclosure of those rising costs despite having ample opportunity to do so.

Never available on site at premises. Dog poo all over front lawn area. Not an ideal first impression on the several time I have tried to personally make contact.
