We waited a little over 30min for food, we ordered the chicken karaage with bao buns they were really good, but the mix grill and BBQ beef brisket burger was a little under average, however the staff were polite and friendly.
Enjoyed the Parma night special for our first visit. Meals were very tasty and generous portions. Paired with a happy hour drink, it was great value. Service was fantastic - fast and friendly. We'll be back!
Went with friends for lunch, ordered the steak, mistake - was dry and tough and the chips were way overcooked. I complained to the waitress who was lovely as were the rest of the staff and she gave me another menu item my choice which was quite nice. My friends also said the chips were overcooked and left theirs. Don't know if I would go back, it was my first visit since it became Silks. So miss the RSL.
Came to this restaurant expecting a beautiful and elegant evening, however once we arrived and order our food we were distraught and utterly disgusted by the service provided specifically by one particular staff member Erin with black hair. Me personally and another member of my family waited over an hour for our food and eventually had to cancel one order due to it never showing up. We were extremely disappointed as we were expecting to have a beautiful and calm evening for a celebration of a birthday. In regards to this waitress Erin, we disgustingly caught hear swearing under her breath in regards to our tables leaving us with an extremely underwhelming experience. Completely unsure if we will ever come back.
Erin was amazing, so helpful attentive and engaging we will definitely be back
