Have used Signorino across two projects now. Served by Sandra who is amazing and always so helpful and friendly. Definitely highly recommend, their range is amazing!! Also love visiting their huge Signorino Stone Gallery in Altona to select slabs of stone as well!
I have had a great experience with the team at Signorino. They spent so much time helping me find the perfect stone for our home, to help create a really unique look. They have been full of information and advice, and spent hours and hours and literally! moved mountains to help make sure we could achieve our vision. Their stone selection is incredible, stunning and enormous, I have not needed to purchase stone from anywhere else. Highly recommend.
My partner and I went in looking for tiles for both our ensuite and main bathroom. We left the showroom feeling inspired, excited and above all respected by the most wonderful stylist, Retail Manager, Carson. We can honestly say that the service we experienced right down to opening the door for us as we left was the best we have been privy to. We will be back for all future projects and cannot wait to see our design come to life. 5 out of 5: Above-and-beyond-Old-fashioned customer service. Great product selection. Staff in our case, Carson showed genuine passion for design. Lets not forget, DOG friendly!
I had the most amazing experience at Signorino. I'm not one to write reviews but felt overly compelled to do so. I've received best in class customer service from the stone gallery staff & Richmond showroom. For those that haven't been to the stone gallery it's the size of a football field with endless Isles of the most beautiful slabs of stone you have ever seen. Both James and Louis have spent hours with me meticulously knowledgeable and super patient. What a dream team! I honestly couldn't be happier with the pieces I have chosen and am beside myself with excitement to see my house completed. Massive shoutout to the gorgeous Andrea as well from the Richmond showroom who also couldn't have been anymore helpful in assisting me through this process. I couldn't recommend the team at Signorino enough. When visiting the stone gallery my advice is book an appointment you won't be disappointed.
Carson went above and beyond to help me get the perfect stone for my kitchen, even though it had been discontinued. Can't wait to see it installed!
My partner and I were lucky enough to be served by Carson. He really took the time to understand our renovation needs and gave us great design recommendations. They also have an excellent range of tiles/stones. Would definitely recommend and go back again.
To say this is one of the best stone gallery's in Melbourne is an under statement. I love going into the showroom to see my all time favourite Sandra who literally bends over backwards for us but to see all their beautiful products. Oh and you have to meet Louie. Signorino Tile Gallery is the best of the best. Tile selection, customer service and quality. My wife and I were looked after by Josh Smart and you could be forgiven for thinking we were the developers of a 300 unit development. He treated us with respect, imparted his knowledge in an inclusive manner, offered us alternatives to consider and was just an absolute joy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble, he ran back and forth to get us samples, answered all of our questions and even went and got water to demonstrate the slip factors on different tiles. In a showroom such as yours where the product might often be the hero, I think Josh has done a fantastic effort at embodying the reputation that Signorino has earned and demonstrated for so many years. Trustworthy, reliable, professional... the best.
I decided to share my experience in signorino. Carson, the store manager and his little brother Ria did help me a lot in the selection of my whole house including 4 ensuite, 2 powder room and laundry. The 5 star service and they actually help me to carry the big tile around the shop just in order to match the best result. That makes me touched. Difficult to tell you how professional they are unless go there once, you'll realise how good they are. In my case, Carson and Ria. can't wait to see how does it look like once my project is done.
A wonderful experience overall. With the helpful and friendly staff at Signorino, I have found the perfect stone. Ria was a charming young man who showed a passion for the stones available and equally knowledgeable and helpful was Sara at the factory gallery. Wow what a space. Thank you so much....love my Pietra Natuca !!!!
