My experience with this place was not positive. I visited the show room and was not welcomed or even acknowledged,  after browsing for awhile, I finally caught the eye of one of the sales persons, an older women who appeared to be extremely stressed ( understandably heading up to Christmas) I asked her if she had a particular tile I would like to use for my bathroom as a basin splash back, but I would only need five... response "we only do them in boxes per square meter" rolling her eyes, turning away and completely dismissing me. I didn't get to finish what I wanted to say, which was ; My newly renovated bathroom has been chosen to feature in a magazine shoot, it's almost completed minus a few finite details, very small splash back, needed by Friday! Oh well sad for these guys, could of had some free advertising. Thankyou to Mathew that did try to explain things to me in a polite manner.

Fantastic products. Great service. It's great to see the team involved even after the sale is made, ensuring we were happy with the product. Prices and quality was a lot better than most of the places we went to.
