The kind & friendly staff at Shuji Sushi consistently go above and beyond to accommodate my special request. Conveniently, I can call ahead before picking up the order - to make sure the dish is freshly prepared. My current fave dishes are large salmon sashimi, seaweed salad, and squid salad. Delicious and refreshing lunch. My compliment and appreciation

I ordered the Chasu Ramen and I loved it! I was surprised by how well the dish was balanced. There was fresh broccoli and corn, sweet inari, the rich pork slices, plenty of noodles, perfectly cooked egg and the broth was just right, not too salty. Also reasonably priced and convenient. Will have again.

This place is located inside the Vogue center just after Ben’s not recommended. Fantastic Japanese curry. Generous serving size. Wish these guys were open later for dinner... Update: I just talked to the owner. Apparently they’re open until 9pm. I will definitely be coming back for dinner! I was also invited to call ahead with my order 9804 8896

I ordered salmon pack today. The serving size is generous, and salmon is fresh & tasty. As a foodie I am quite happy with their service and food. Will definitely be back for my working lunch:

It was such a treat for having Hot chasu ramen in the cold~~~ Melbourne weather. It is all about the broth, which was thick with rich flavour. I chose soft noodles and enjoyed the texture. The pork belly chasu disintegrated on contact and melted in my mouth. Our family are super lucky as our apartment is located just above this place. We have been here multiple times. The manager was so friendly and welcoming. Thank YOU !

The food is delicious, although less fresh than Sushi Hub and the service has always been friendly to me ! It’s conveniently located in the shopping centre by Woolworths at 670 Chapel St and a great quick lunch option to have there!

Conveniently located in the shopping centre near Woolworth on Chapel St. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Had Kimchi Beef Ramen.. it was ok for a quick lunch..though it's too salty for my liking.

best teriyaki chicken don i’ve had in years. everything was cooked to perfection and the amount of sauce was so great, there are so many places who don’t add enough sauce. the portion size for the small price of $13 was out of this world. thank you for the delicious lunch. however the sushi is pretty stale.

The best Japanese restaurant in Melbourne for us. We got Uber eats and the food was warm and delicious! Amazing taste, you made our evening. We will definitely come back for proper dinner after lockdown is over. Thank you!!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered the ramen, the woman looked panicked at the cash register which should have been a warning sign already, and after about a twenty minute wait I was served noodles with vegetables that were completely different than the picture and instead of broth It was just sitting in a bowl of boiling water. Absolutely shocking that they even served it to us and when asked if we could have our money back the staff laughed and said sorry we have a new chef. I understand having a new chef but surely they understand that a broth consists of more than boiled water
