Terrible experience. An older woman body shamed my size 10 teen daughter. Trying on a dress that would not do up over her bust, the woman started physically undoing the dress all the way while scolding her that she needs to take it off before she breaks it, then walked away. My daughter was left hurt and embarrassed. I have 3 teen girls who were all trying on clothes and I asked them to put the clothes back. As I turned to leave the older lady asked if we had found anything we liked, I calmly said that we had but we wouldn’t be buying anything because of how rude she was to my daughter. She spoke over the top of me and said that she always has damaged clothes from people trying to fit them. I said that I could understand that but the words she chose to use were rude and hurtful. She spoke over me again saying more loudly that she needed to protect her clothing, I was still calm and said that I was protecting my daughters self esteem and she escalated her voice and reaction again so I left. She did not hear a word I said and considers a button on a dress more valuable that a persons feelings. She does not deserve your business and your daughters should not take the risk of being body shamed by her.

We had a very bad experience, my daughter and I was shopping for clothes and bought 3 items that day. The stiches came undone after wearing it once that afternoon. We took it back the next day and they refused to refund, exchanged or a store credit. Very difficult to deal with and very unresponsive to messages. No aftercare for customers and non negotiable when it comes an exchange or refund.Worst service I ever experienced in my life.

I absolutely adore Shine and all the fab stylists/assistants! It is seriously my one stop shop on the Sunny Coast for all my outfit needs - just look in my wardrobe!! The girls are really helpful whenever I need a hand in deciding what to wear and the selection of on-trend fashion they have is amazing! Seriously, such a huge range for all sorts of occasions - just look at my pics for proof. I love Shine & cannot recommend enough that you pay their gorgeous boutiques a visit!

This sneaky lady in is lovely and she will ask you if you are happy with your buy and that will be because her policy is No Returns, No Refunds & Not Even A Swap, there is a note sitting flat  not upright so you may see it on her counter which will tell u that & the note is in clear view unless you rest your clothes on her counter in order to buy them. And she does keep you talking so you may miss the note laying flat on her counter But because you said yes when she said in conversation "Are you happy with your buy?" she apparently has the right to the no return/swap policy.. Amd she wont budge, Apparently she has a couple of other shops, so watch out

Best customer service I have received in a long time! I called asking if they were going to restock an item that I really badly wanted in my size, and they texted me when they did so I knew and didnt miss out! Love this company xx
