Very very accommodating!! Clean room and very spacious bathroom, complete with all the amenities! Kelly was very gracious and hospitable when we arrived, even though it was quite late at night. Thank you so much for the stay!
If I could leave less than one star I would. Do DO NOT STAY AT ANY COST This is an old property and furniture and that’s ok. But it is very dirty and you will be delivered unclean sheets with red stains and then have to provide proof of stains to ask for clean sheets. And get abused over it. Kelly has no right being a property manager caring for people. The response to the issue has been abusive. They moved us into another room and then yelled “Fuck off” as we tired to resolve the issue they walked down the street…. This is beyond unacceptable.
Was absolutely terrible, very misleading. Definitely overpriced and overrated. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. And we stayed at a 5 star hotel and the security deposit was only $250 here it’s $500!Rooms: 1/5

I was booked in for a night payed for it. Was then told told they didn’t have a room and will refund. Now they say I didn’t make a booking but the money has come out of my account with their name on it. Big warning stay away. From the outside it looks like a dump wish I could give a minus star.Location: 1/5
Said free cancellation not took $138.00. Hard to find. Looked like a dump from out side. Would not recommend it to anyone a rip offService: 1/5
IPokey rooms, no air con in room, an odour in the room, couldn't open the window as was on the main road. Shower was clean but only one bathroom for 5 rooms. Floor was concrete with a grubby mat. Bed linen was not 'fresh', pillows looked old. Yard was unkempt with clutter....had a shower but could not put my head on those pillows so I just left....just had to get out refund or at least part refund would be appreciated. I have stayed in better backpackers at a fraction of the price. If the system would have allowed it I wouldn't have given this any stars....
I won’t give you even 1 star Terrible experience talking to the owner Who introduced herself Kerri ! My daughter made an reservation 2 weeks ago and paid $200 and she had to cancel it after a few days, 8 days before date of reservations They did not return the money even she canceled 8 days prior to date of reservation I called them, I finally was able to talk to the owner after several attempts over several days. She even did not let me talk and was very impolite and hanged the phone on me. I now understand why this accomodation has this low rating . well deserved!
